Jeff entered law school at the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2001. He also holds an MBA from the University of Maryland. Admitted to practice in Maryland and West Virginia, he clerked for the Maryland Court of Special Appeals before being recalled to active duty after 9/11. From 2003 to 2004, Jeff worked in bankruptcy law in Baltimore before relocating to Elkins in 2004 to join his father’s practice.


Jeff focuses on family and domestic law, real estate transactions, criminal defense, estate administration, and appeals. Since 2014, he has served as a mental hygiene commissioner for Randolph and Tucker Counties. Fluent in Spanish, Jeff volunteers as a youth sports coach.


Jeff and his wife, Silvia, married in 1995 and have three wonderful children.
